Joe has worked as an biological consultant on the Central Coast of California for over 25 years. He started Toyon Consultants in 2008 as a way to bring his experience and passion to the forefront of environmental planning. By providing clients with the expertise needed to solve complex environmental planning issues, Joe has built a valuable reputation among clients and agency personnel.
